Return & Exchange Policy


Consumers who order works on the website or through our customer care center, you have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 20 days from the date of receipt.

Should you wish to make a return or exchange of your NPLEAFAGE.COM or Client Relations Center purchase by mail, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Client Relations Center at to make arrangements.

2. For security purposes, when mailing any NP&LEAFAGE creation, please do not indicate NP&LEAFAGE or the contents of the package on the outside.

3. Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note or take a photo of your return tracking number located on the label. 

Once a return has been completed and passed our quality checks, we will issue a refund to the original shopper (not the gift recipient) for the price paid at the time of purchase within 10 days of receipt of the return. We only issue refunds to the original shopper and to the payment method they used to make the purchase.



NP&LEAFAGE items eligible for return or exchange must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them in the original packaging. NP&LEAFAGE will not accept any return if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
